| I can't remember if I made a #commenthour post eerilar this week. Congratulations for being selected! This is a really good post. Thank you for sharing the ugly truth.I don't use a brand name product for my hair anymore. My hair gets oily pretty quick (so folks will have to research for other hair types). For the past year I've started washing my hair with pain old baking soda (about 1 tbsp) and then after that is rinsed out, I rinse with diluted apple cider vinegar. I prepare the rinse in a Gatorade bottle with about 1.5 Tbsp of the vinegar diluted with water. I probably only use 1/2 a cup or less per rinse. It works great and my only complaint is that I have tangles (so I try and not swirl my hair during my wash... I do more of a massage). My hair looks just like it did when I bought regular shampoos and conditioners.I hope that helps! |
