The PERpHECTING Creme Normalizing Conditioner has been formulated with an ultra moisturizing blend of shea butter and honey with strengthening ceramide. It conditions hair from the inside out while normalizing residual relaxer. Moisturizing agents provide excellent de-tangling benefits to minimize breakage from wet combing and styling. Patented ceramide penetrates the cuticle to strengthen for optimal conditioning.

Dual action neutralization begins with the PerpHecting Creme Normalizing Conditioner applied immediately after rinsing out the Butter Blend Rhelaxer. Fortified with shea butter and honey, the conditioner works as a stabilizer to restore optimal pH balance to the hair as it strengthens and repairs weakened hair bonds with ceramides and de-tangles to minimize breakage from combing and styling. The next step in dual neutralization is the application of the Balance Hair Bath Neutralizing and Chelating Shampoo - designed to complete the restoration process.
