GREAT ADVICE!!! I am also a Cosmetologist and the tips about washing hair & how often also works for all hair-types and is ecalsipely important for color-treated & thin/fine hair. Shampoo is great but it does strip hair of all the natural goodness and color. If you don't like to not wash your hair b/c of smell or excess oil, there are also Dry Shampoos that work great to refresh hair, eliminate smell & excess oil. Beautiful HEALTHY hair is so important not only to make yourself look better, but it will make yourself feel better!!!
